Being intentional starts with the super small details that you never even imagined would impact the bigger picture. Having intention behind our actions is a different kind of discipline. How much are you willing to give to achieve what you want? I found that I set goals for myself and sometimes I reach them and sometimes I don’t. My biggest mistake was always going after it haphazardly. I never set my intention. When we are intentional, we realize that everything we do will ultimately benefit the goal we have in mind. As weird as it may sound, what you eat, the music you listen to, the conversations you have or don’t have, the habits you create all contribute to the goal. As we set our goals, we have to set the intention behind them. Be intentional in EVERYTHING you do. Don’t give only half of yourself. Throw your whole being into it. Like I said, my biggest mistake was only doing half the work. I never realized that I needed to give all of me. Obtaining a goal takes a certain level of sacrifice. It will probably be one of the biggest scarifices that you will ever make. You have to get rid of EVERYTHING that no longer serves you. The intention behind what we once did only served us to this point. To take it to the next level we have to do what we have never done. Everything we do must have a purpose. Visualize what you want and who you want to be and show up as that woman every single day. Do nothing that is not a reflection of that woman. Your intention must be set. I really cannot stress that enough. Understanding who you are and how changing will help you reach your goals is important. Make sure that it is all done on purpose. Whatever you do make sure that it is with great intention.
