It’s All Good, Baby Baby.

Your perspective is all out of whack. Let’s take a moment to focus on how we can change our perspective. Implementing small steps or thoughts into your everyday life will definitely more greatly improve your mood. Make sure that your thoughts are aligned with your desires and ambitions.

1.What am I learning right now?

Life will never and I mean absolutely never be an easy ride. There will be many high highs and some extreme lows. Our thoughts will determine our perspective. Ask yourself, what am I learning right now? In this moment, what experience will I be able to take away from this. Life is not a big bully with punching gloves out to personally attack you. Life is just life. It is consistently inconsistent. That we know. Be able to acknowledge that all of our experiences are meant to help us grow. In extreme times of adversity, we are being pushed to grow. It is uncomfortable to shift and change. It will never feel good, but this is our chance to CHANGE our perspective.

2. Think Positive Thoughts

As cliché and easy as it sounds, MANY of us do not think positive thoughts. Our perspective has no real hope of changing if all of our thoughts are negative. You have to be absolutely certain that whatever your dreams are they have already been achieved. There should be no space in your mind for anything other than good thoughts. People like to say that they are “vibrating on a higher frequency” BUT there is no way if you let negative thoughts filter in. When your negative thoughts outweigh your positive thoughts, your perspective is out of whack. I refuse to speak negatively on anything related to my journey, especially career wise. In my mind, I’ve already made it. I see the endgame already. The meantime and in-between is really meant for me gain some game.

3. Say Thank You

When it’s all said and done, most importantly, you must give thanks. Thank whoever you praise as your higher being. Whether, it be the universe, God, or both; always give thanks and show gratitude. MOST times we get stuck on everything we don’t have and we never say thank you for all that we do. Also, the only timetable is the one you give yourself. Every morning and night, I say in my prayers “Thank you for what I am receiving now and all blessings that are on the way.” I love to give thanks for things that are on the way. Don’t assume that just because you don’t see it that it is not on the way. Remember, we must speak positivity over ourselves. Say thank you! It could be on the way. You get so ungrateful and what was on the way has passed you by because you weren’t thankful for everything you have now.

All in all, I hope these little steps that I take to keep me encouraged helps you. Keep your perspective in line. Don’t be a little Debbie Downer. It isn’t all bed. It is actually ALL GOOD! Truthfully, it’s even better than good as long as you believe.
