How disciplined are you sexually? Do you have control over your sexual desires? There is so much clarity in having control over your sexual desires. Control the Puss. In this pop it and bust it wide era, there is no celebration for celibacy. Lust is often confused with love and that kind of love can be a huge distraction. If we are here to be real, many times women want the presence of the man for no other reason than a physical connection. Many women crave physical touch. It can be as simple, as a hug or a cuddle. The point is that there is someone there. Being able to be celibate may help you to fully understand what it is that you want out of a romantic partner. Celebrate celibacy. Raise the bar for the quality of man that you attract. Stop settling for men that simply fulfill your need for physical touch. Sex has and will always cloud your mind. Women get so caught up that they are amazed by the basics and bare minimum.

Celibacy is a way to arm yourself so your defenses aren’t so low. When you can listen to your mind and not your vagina, you will see a major improvement in the kind of man you entertain. This is not to say that you have to be celibate for years. It can be for two weeks. However long it is, you need to take your journey seriously. I want to encourage you to begin to arm yourself. Raise your defenses. Do not make it so easy. Make sure that you do the work. It is time for you to be able to understand and articulate what it is that you want. Yes, women are sexual beings. However, many women want way more than that. Be honest with yourself. What is it that I want? Besides a good roll around in the hay, what do I genuinely want? Being so simple will leave you depleted and your flesh will stay weak.

Make a promise to yourself that you will celebrate your celibacy. Celebrate getting to know yourself. All of your wants and needs. You will celebrate your discipline to see through the bullshit. Do not fear gaining control over your sexual desires. Recognize the strength of being clear-headed and on point. Take your celibacy journey seriously.
